Welcome to the Indonesian Center for Esoterics and Metaphysical Studies (“ICEMS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of www.indometaphysics.com, including the purchase and use of digital manuals, educational materials, metaphysical systems, spiritual teachings, energy attunements, and other services made available through the website.
By accessing the website, creating an order, purchasing a product, requesting an attunement, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use our products or services.
1. NATURE OF ICEMS
ICEMS is an educational and spiritual study center focused on esoteric, metaphysical, energetic, and spiritual traditions.
Our materials may discuss subjects including energy healing, Reiki, subtle energy, chakras, meditation, spiritual protection, psychic development, metaphysical philosophy, occult traditions, ritual symbolism, magick, attunement, and related esoteric subjects.
These subjects are presented within spiritual, philosophical, traditional, symbolic, experiential, or metaphysical frameworks.
Unless expressly stated otherwise and supported by reliable scientific evidence, metaphysical concepts presented through ICEMS should not be interpreted as scientifically established physical mechanisms.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Purchases and paid services are intended for persons who are legally capable of entering into a binding transaction under the laws applicable to them.
Unless expressly permitted by applicable law and with appropriate parental or guardian involvement, paid ICEMS services are intended for users aged 18 years or older.
You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of ICEMS materials are lawful in your country or jurisdiction.
3. DIGITAL MANUALS AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS
ICEMS sells digital manuals, written teachings, instructional systems, and other educational materials.
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, these products are supplied for the purchaser’s personal spiritual study and practice.
Purchasing a manual does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
The purchaser receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the material for personal purposes.
You may not reproduce, republish, resell, distribute, upload, publicly share, commercially exploit, translate for redistribution, or create unauthorized derivative commercial products from ICEMS materials without prior written authorization.
4. ENERGY ATTUNEMENT SERVICES
Certain ICEMS systems include an energy attunement supplied to the purchaser or another expressly designated and consenting recipient.
An attunement is provided as part of the spiritual and metaphysical learning process associated with the relevant system.
Attunement services are directed toward the purchaser or designated recipient of the attunement.
An ICEMS attunement does not constitute a service performed against another person.
ICEMS does not accept requests for the Founder, practitioner, teacher, or representative of ICEMS to perform metaphysical operations intended to cause illness, physical injury, death, psychological suffering, intimidation, coercion, or other harm to a third party.
ICEMS does not accept third-party targeting instructions for such purposes.
ICEMS does not select targets on behalf of purchasers.
ICEMS does not require purchasers to provide the name, photograph, address, personal information, or identifying details of another person for the purpose of causing that person harm.
5. INDEPENDENT USE OF EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS
After an educational system or attunement has been supplied, purchasers are responsible for their own independent choices and conduct.
The purchase of educational material does not authorize unlawful conduct, harassment, threats, abuse, intimidation, violence, or interference with the rights of another person.
ICEMS does not control the independent activities of purchasers after educational material has been delivered.
However, ICEMS reserves the right to refuse, restrict, suspend, or discontinue services where there is a reasonable basis to believe that a user intends to employ ICEMS services in connection with unlawful activity or deliberate harm to another person.
6. HISTORICAL, OCCULT, AND SYMBOLIC MATERIAL
Some ICEMS materials may examine traditions, practices, symbols, beliefs, or terminology historically associated with protection, conflict, ritual magick, curse traditions, baneful practices, spirit work, or other forms of occult literature.
The presence of such material within an educational discussion does not by itself constitute an offer by ICEMS to carry out harmful action against another person.
Descriptions of historical, symbolic, traditional, or esoteric effects should be understood in the context in which they are presented.
They should not be interpreted as guarantees that a supernatural, psychological, medical, physical, or other objectively measurable outcome will occur.
7. PROHIBITED REQUESTS AND USE
ICEMS services may not be commissioned for the purpose of directly causing disease, death, bodily injury, psychological suffering, coercion, intimidation, stalking, harassment, or unlawful interference with another person.
ICEMS may refuse any request that appears inconsistent with these Terms, applicable law, personal safety, or responsible spiritual practice.
Nothing contained in ICEMS materials constitutes permission to violate applicable law.
8. NO GUARANTEE OF METAPHYSICAL RESULTS
Spiritual, energetic, and metaphysical experiences are subjective and can vary substantially between individuals.
ICEMS does not guarantee that any purchaser will experience particular sensations, visions, energetic responses, spiritual developments, paranormal phenomena, manifestations, or other specified outcomes.
Statements concerning metaphysical or spiritual experiences should not be interpreted as guarantees of objectively verifiable results.
Personal testimonials represent the experiences or opinions of the individuals providing them and do not guarantee that another person will experience the same result.
9. HEALTH AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
ICEMS does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychiatric treatment, or emergency healthcare.
Energy healing, Reiki, spiritual practices, metaphysical systems, and attunements are not substitutes for professional medical or mental-health care.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as advice to discontinue prescribed medication, delay medical examination, refuse medical treatment, or disregard the advice of qualified healthcare professionals.
Anyone experiencing a physical or mental-health concern should seek appropriate assistance from qualified healthcare professionals.

10. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Unless expressly identified otherwise, ICEMS content does not constitute medical, psychiatric, legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
Users requiring such assistance should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
11. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not automatically require ICEMS to accept the transaction.
ICEMS may review an order before acceptance and may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving payment problems, technical errors, suspected fraud, inaccurate customer information, unlawful requests, abuse of services, or requests that conflict with these Terms.
Once an order has been accepted by ICEMS and has not been cancelled by ICEMS, the purchaser may not unilaterally cancel the order or request a refund merely because the purchaser has changed their mind, no longer wishes to receive the product or service, has decided not to use the purchased system, or has reconsidered the purchase after acceptance.
Accordingly, accepted orders are final and non-cancellable by the purchaser, and payments are non-refundable, except where a refund, cancellation, replacement, correction, or other remedy is required by applicable mandatory law or expressly approved by ICEMS in writing.
This policy applies particularly to digital manuals, downloadable materials, personalized spiritual services, energy attunements, and other products or services for which preparation, allocation, scheduling, delivery, or performance may begin after ICEMS accepts the order.
The purchaser acknowledges that ICEMS may begin preparing, allocating, scheduling, delivering, or performing the purchased product or service immediately after acceptance.
If ICEMS itself cancels an accepted paid order before supplying the purchased product or service, any refund obligation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
Nothing in this Section is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived, limited, or excluded.
12. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices are displayed on the relevant product or checkout page.
International customers may incur currency-conversion costs, bank fees, card-processing charges, taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by financial institutions or authorities outside ICEMS.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, such third-party charges are not controlled by ICEMS.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
13. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Digital products may be delivered through email, download links, user accounts, or other electronic methods described during purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing a functioning and accurate email address.
If a digital product has not been received because of a technical issue, the purchaser should contact ICEMS so that delivery can be verified and, where appropriate, restored.
14. ATTUNEMENT DELIVERY
Where a purchase includes an attunement, instructions regarding preparation, scheduling, delivery, or receiving the attunement may be provided separately.
The spiritual nature of attunement means that subjective perception of an energetic sensation is not a condition for delivery.
A purchaser’s inability to perceive a particular sensation does not by itself establish that a metaphysical service was not supplied.
This provision does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
15. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Except as required by applicable mandatory law or expressly approved by ICEMS in writing, an order that has been accepted by ICEMS is final, non-cancellable by the purchaser, and non-refundable.
A purchaser’s change of mind, decision not to use the purchased material, inability to perceive a particular energetic sensation, change in personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction based solely on subjective metaphysical expectations does not automatically create a right to cancellation or refund.
Where an order has not yet been accepted by ICEMS, ICEMS may consider a cancellation request at its discretion.
Where ICEMS cancels an order, fails to provide a purchased product or service, a duplicate payment has occurred, or a technical or transactional error is confirmed, ICEMS will review the appropriate remedy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, waive, transfer, or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Where applicable law gives a consumer a mandatory right to refund, replacement, compensation, correction, cancellation, or another remedy, that right remains unaffected by these Terms.
ICEMS may investigate refund or payment-dispute requests to determine whether digital materials have been delivered, services have been performed or commenced, attunement preparation has begun, duplicate payments have occurred, or technical errors have affected the transaction.
16. RESPONSIBLE REPRESENTATION OF ICEMS MATERIALS
Purchasers must not falsely represent themselves as acting on behalf of ICEMS.
Purchasers may not falsely state that ICEMS, its Founder, teachers, or practitioners have personally performed an action against another person where no such action occurred.
ICEMS certification, manuals, or attunements may not be used to imply employment, partnership, agency, professional licensing, or authorization beyond what ICEMS expressly grants.
17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, website text, manuals, course materials, original systems, graphics, branding, logos, product names, written teachings, and other original ICEMS materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Unauthorized reproduction, commercial redistribution, resale, publication, or use of ICEMS intellectual property may result in suspension of access and appropriate legal action.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of ICEMS intellectual property to the purchaser.
18. USER-SUBMITTED INFORMATION
Users must provide truthful information when submitting orders, inquiries, or service requests.
Users must not knowingly submit another person’s private information without a lawful basis or appropriate permission.
ICEMS may refuse requests involving unnecessary third-party personal data.
19. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

20. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By communicating with ICEMS electronically, users acknowledge that communications, transaction confirmations, invoices, digital product delivery, notices, and related records may be created or transmitted electronically.
Electronic records may be retained where reasonably necessary for business administration, transaction verification, legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping.
21. TESTIMONIALS AND PERSONAL EXPERIENCES
Testimonials, reviews, case descriptions, and reports of spiritual experiences represent individual experiences.
They are not guarantees of future results.
Where appropriate, ICEMS may edit testimonials for length, grammar, privacy, or clarity without materially changing their intended meaning.
Personal identifying information will not knowingly be published without an appropriate basis or permission.
22. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
The ICEMS website may contain links to payment processors, external websites, social platforms, or other third-party services.
Those services are operated independently and may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
ICEMS is not responsible for third-party services to the extent that such responsibility does not arise under applicable law.
23. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
ICEMS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting problems, cybersecurity events, internet outages, force majeure, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Where a paid product or service has already been purchased, ICEMS will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate delivery issues.
24. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the extent permitted by applicable law, website content and metaphysical educational materials are provided without guarantees concerning specific spiritual, paranormal, medical, financial, interpersonal, or material results.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties, responsibilities, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ICEMS does not seek through these Terms to exclude or transfer legal responsibility where such exclusion or transfer is prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, ICEMS will not be responsible for losses caused solely by a user’s unlawful, unauthorized, materially altered, or independent use of educational materials outside the service actually supplied by ICEMS.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from obligations imposed by mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable law.
26. USER RESPONSIBILITY
Users remain responsible for their own actions, decisions, interpretations, and independent use of educational material.
Users agree to use ICEMS materials lawfully and responsibly and to respect the safety, rights, dignity, privacy, and autonomy of other people.
27. SUSPENSION OR REFUSAL OF SERVICE
ICEMS may refuse or suspend service where reasonably necessary because of unlawful conduct, fraud, abusive behavior, threats, harassment, misuse of intellectual property, misuse of ICEMS identity, attempts to commission prohibited services, or serious violation of these Terms.
Where payment has already been made, any financial resolution will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
28. CHANGES TO PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
ICEMS may update, discontinue, revise, rename, or replace products, educational materials, website content, or services.
Changes will operate prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
ICEMS will not alter historical transaction records for the purpose of misrepresenting what was purchased or supplied.
29. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
ICEMS may update these Terms when necessary because of changes in services, technology, operational requirements, or applicable law.
The current version will display an effective or last-updated date.
Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
A revision to these Terms does not alter the historical facts of transactions completed under earlier versions.
30. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
The affected provision will be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law.
31. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, subject to any mandatory rights that applicable law may grant to consumers in another jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory legal protections that cannot lawfully be waived by agreement.
32. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Users are encouraged to contact ICEMS first regarding transaction or service concerns so that the matter can be reviewed and, where appropriate, resolved.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may use any dispute-resolution mechanism available under applicable law.
Any court-jurisdiction provision shall remain subject to mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdictional rules that cannot lawfully be excluded.
